Your data when using Booking Handbook

Current behavior

• Requirements builder answers are stored in this browser so the brief can survive a refresh.
• The four worksheets also save entered text and checked items in this browser. Resetting a worksheet removes that worksheet's saved entries; clearing site data removes browser-local saved work.
• The optional booking-rule builder does not save its entries between visits.
• Worksheet downloads are created locally by the browser as plain text.
• The site does not ask for an account, email address, payment detail, customer database, or live booking credentials.
• No advertising pixel, contact form, or server-side reader profile is intentionally included in this site.
• Google Analytics stays off unless you select Allow analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using Analytics choices in the footer.

Page delivery and external services

Vercel hosts this website. Page requests expose ordinary connection information, including your IP address, to the hosting service; hosting and security logs are separate from the worksheet answers stored in your browser.

Your browser requests the site's typefaces from Google Fonts. Those requests go to Google rather than staying entirely on your device.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives the page path and title plus ordinary device and connection information. Query text is removed from page locations, and Booking Handbook does not send worksheet answers, form values, site-search terms, user IDs, or advertising-personalization signals. Google Signals and automatic Enhanced Measurement remain off.

Following an external link opens another website, including Plansmith or a software provider. That website handles your visit under its own privacy practices. Booking Handbook does not send your saved worksheet answers with these links.
